Recently I had the privilege of photographing of Miss Rhiana Wells – an inspirational entrepreneur, adorable stylist and creator of the blog Wear Bows and Smile. Although we just met, it has been such a joy to get to know her. Her energy and enthusiasm are matched by her fresh, fun fashion sense; and she recently won a Vogue competition to complete her Masters degree over in Milan! While I am super bummed we won’t get to work together for a few years, I know she will continue to spread her love of fashion literally all over the world. To see more of her recent work and information about her perfectly styled looks, head on over to Wear Bows and Smile!
Welcome to the World, Baby C! Happy, Happy Birthday to you baby girl. I cannot *wait* to come photograph you!
The secret surprise is out, these beauties are going to be big sisters!! Oh these kiddos. I’ve had the privilege of photographing them for a few years now and let me tell you this is the most excited I have seen them. Between throwing out suggestion after suggestion of what to name their baby sister to telling me the first thing their going to do with her (“read books to her”, “hug her a lot”) this little babe is already so loved. I cannot wait to meet her!
And then when the sun had almost set behind the hills the girls spotted a familiar white truck. And since they were on their best behavior, guess what was waiting for us as we exited the park?! (I’ll give you a hint, I got a strawberry shortcake!)
Brand new baby D is here! There is absolutely nothing in the world like seeing a newborn within the first 48 hours of their life. So sweet, so peaceful, so perfectly brand new. They sleep through most bumps and movements of furniture (but its still up 50/50 chance of when big brother yells “My turn!”). I can’t wait to watch this little one grow up.
This little goober has some news to share…
He is going to be a big brother!! Coming July 2016 🙂
When your best friend falls in love and you get to take photos of them <3 <3 Let me tell you, I am in awe of this girl. She is one of the most hard-working, positive, introspective, intelligent women I have the pleasure of calling one of my best friends. D, thank you for treating her with the respect, love and loyalty she deserves. We are so happy you two found each other. And it was icing the cake when they were featured in the New York Times Wedding section on their wedding day!!
My style is focused on candid, natural images of children and families. For that reason I do not typically do event-style photography, however when one of your oldest and dearest clients has a First Holy Communion party for her baby girl, I get *super* excited. Seeing this little beauty all dressed up, I can’t believe how much she has grown! Congratulations beautiful!
